Refund policy
- Due to the nature of our handmade products, we kindly do not accept returns. All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges. All shipping fees are nonrefundable.
- Your Bakhoor may arrive in different shapes than as pictured due to the delicate nature of the product and movement during shipping. Not to worry, this does not mean your product is damaged! Your Bakhoor is still preserved. The little pieces that may break off during transit and found on the bottom of your jar can be burned as you are required to break pieces off in order to burn it properly.
- If you received a product you think may have become damaged in transit, please immediately take photographs upon receipt of the product. We require photo evidence of the damage and documentation of the purchase to be sent to miskbynora@gmail.com within two (2) weeks of purchase.
- Misk is not responsible for lost, stolen or missing packages and will not replace packages under these circumstances. Misk recommends having your package shipped to a secure location or choosing the option for signature confirmation offered by both USPS and
UPS for a nominal fee. If you cannot locate your package, first, please check all potential delivery locations in your surrounding area including neighbors, condo/apartment office, mailroom, etc. Carriers also often mark packages delivered before they are physically dropped off. Please contact your carrier if it has been more than 24 hours since delivery notification. - All orders placed on miskbynora.com will be processed within 2-5 business days, unless otherwise noted on our website. All customers will receive tracking information once their order has been shipped.
- Misk does not offer expedited shipping. Regardless of the shipping method chosen by the customer, as stated above, all orders will be processed within 2-5 business days.
- Shipping times vary based upon location. Most customers located in the continental US will receive their package within five (5) business days once the package has left our facility. Misk is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If you package is delayed, please contact the shipping carrier chosen at time of purchase.
- Misk is not responsible for packages returned to us by the shipping carrier.
- Misk does not offer gift packaging or enclosure cards at this time.
